The hotel price is affordable. The staffs are helpful & polite,breakfast is excellent. Rooms are been cleaned regularly. You can easily get Bus / Train to City centre. Beside the hotel, you can do all shopping. Will definitely lodge there whenever I visit Paris.

I booked this place because it had good reviews. Upon arrival staff wasn’t very friendly. That’s not the end of the world. I paid for the upgraded room. On the 9th floor. When we walked in the entire room smelled of sewage. The shower had mold. There were two towels, no face towels, or hand towels. There were only two small pillows on the bed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bed bugs!!! In room 411. My traveling partner got bitten several times, and I found a very fat one that I squished and blood spurted everywhere! It was gross. We finally got another room at about 3 am. Full credit to the hotel staff, who were very nice and helpful, and the room was not used the next night, so they did take us seriously. Apparently this is not that uncommon in Paris. Hard to get to the hotel by car, (it’s in a travel restricted area), and there was lots of laundry (clean and dirty) in the stairwells.

On our last night someone came into our room. People kept knocking our doors during the night. At 5 or 7 in the morning someone opened our door with a key card, walked into the room, stood there, and left. We only were given one key to the room, and couldn't see who it was from the bed. There were brown cigarette stains in the curtains. Our room originally didn't have a do not disturb sign so the next morning housekeeping was trying to come in while we were getting dressed. This isn't their fault, but a sign should have been provided on arrival. The glass shelf in the bathroom would randomly fall off, dropping our items in the sink. Mould on the bathroom ceiling.

Overall good hotel for visit, Pros: Great staff, the front desk is staffed 24/7 and they were always both super friendly and helpful! Cleaning staff also super friendly and helpful! Locationwise it is also next to a shopping centre which contains both food places, shops and also a supermarket. It is also directly next to a metro and bus station for easy transport across Paris and only a 40 minute walk from an RER station that goes to Disneyland Deposit was refunded following visit within 24 hours with no fuss which was great to see. Overall price for the room was also very reasonable! Cons: Room was slightly in need of TLC, pipes/vent in the bathroom gave it a slightly funky smell which was a shame as where we were on the 9th floor it meant our windows didn't open There is the aforementioned 90 euro deposit that isn't listed anywhere when booking so best to be aware of this! Overall however for what it is this is a good hotel and will service the needs of anyone needing a reasonably priced trip to Paris so I would recommend!

1.Very very near to the metro 2.We were upgraded to the bigger room at only 5 Euro 3.Most Metro have no escalator or lift, good luck with your heavy luggages 4.France now got 3 type of taxes for tourist. 5.Perhaps my last trip to France
