Room is dusty and dirty. They just change the towel and make up the bed but never vacuum until you request them to do it. No lift and no assistance to help to bring our luggages when checked out. Disappointed

Fantastic location, walking distance to most of the attractions Paris has to offer. Great restaurants and bistros located around the hotel. Hotel staff extremely welcoming and knowledgable about the area. The room ameneties were great with good quality coffee and tea available. Would highly recommend this hotel.

La habitación tenia olor a humedad, no habia nadie que respondiera para una solucion, la zona donde esta ubicado en hotel no se siente segura y habia mucho olor a mariguana en el area. Por favor evitar este lugar para hospedarse. Solo estuvimos la 1ra noche de nuestra reserva y decidimos al amanecer dejar el hotel y buscar otra opcion.

Although the AC stopped working the second night, it was Melissa at the front desk who made our stay wonderful. She helped bring our luggages up the stairs, was very helpful with navigating the area and had such a wonderful customer services. She was very welcoming and so nice. I’d go back and stay at this property. Tons of Asian restaurants near the property and about 10 mins walk to the Louvre. Take Uber instead of taxi when headed to CDG airport.

Good value for the money on short notice and near the Louvre (as the name says) and other good restaurants and stores. Staff was very helpful with luggage, combining two reservations into one, and spoke English well. About the only drawback is there is no elevator and we were on the fourth floor (actually the fifth floor, since the room itself had another flight of stairs to the loft-style room). Fortunately, staff carried all our heavy luggage (over 130 pounds total) up to the room and then down again upon departure. We were used to climbing lots of mountains and stairs in the Alps before arrival and were ready for the climbing. If you want to see all of Paris, you must do lots of climbing stairs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner bistros (asian and french) right next door, which were very good. We could not have done better without spending at least twice as much money. We would stay again on another Paris trip.

Wonderful staff and location
The staff were so kind and willing to help, they made the stay great. The rooms are small like most places in Paris but they felt very clean and comfortable and the beds were very comfortable as well. There are a few flights of stairs to walk up but the location of the hotel made it possible for us to walk to all the places we wanted to see. Very convenient location. Also a great organic bakery just around the corner from the hotel. Overall a great place for us to stay.
