The nicest hotel experience I have had in years. Fantastically located within walking distance to so much. The staff were excellent. Room 702 was exceptional with a private small balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower. While small the room was so well equipped. We were provided robes and slippers. The bathroom was SPOTLESS!

Disappointing

Really disappointing and certainly not a 5 star hotel. Staff weren’t very friendly and did not tell us that the sauna was out of service. Simple basics you’d expect from a hotel weren’t present such as fridge in the room, full length mirror. There was dust and cobwebs in the room and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable - there was a ditch in the middle of the bed where two singles were joined together. The jacuzzi spa was lovely, but does have to be booked in advance. Expected more from a hotel of this price point and have stayed at much nicer hotels in Paris for less.

The rooms are cozy while being a good size for Paris and the beds very comfortable. I also loved my little balcony. The staff was very helpful and polite. They offer a breakfast buffet but no in-room dining. They did accomodate me by bringing breakfast to my room on request but I got the feeling this was not a typical thing for them. The hotel is well located within walking distance of many dining options, shopping and Line 9 metro. Will definitely stay again.
