We were excited to be close to many shops and restaurants; location was fine. The unit however had issues. Upon arrival the unit was freezing, windows were open, and the bathroom one was unable to be closed completely. We also immediately noticed towels draped all over the bathroom racks and the towel warmer/ additional heater was inoperable.We closed windows and since our delay had us arrive so late went out to eat dinner not realizing the heat would never come on. We went to do a load of laundry because this was our last of three weeks traveling. The washer immediately displayed an error. Host was contacted and said the heat would come be automatic as “heat regulation is given by the outside temperature” and “the window closes if you push the heavy panel” It did nor fully close as it appeared warped. As far as the washer/dryer not working he said “it is because I refuse to charge washing product. It has no interference with the washing except the automatic program.” The washer was set to automatic and we could not change the cycle setting. The bedding was dirty The floors filthyThere was no toilet tissue or paper towels There was no microwave as stated in listing The couches were not the same as photos, the current ones are not twins or Murphy beds, the couches do not open in any sleeping configuration.
