Overall, this apartment was disappointing and did not live up to the standard we expected from the listing. The positives are that it is spacious, nicely furnished, has air conditioning (which was greatly appreciated), and a nice terrace.However, it was not adequately equipped for a multi-day stay. We were provided with less than a full roll of toilet paper, there were no bowls, no wine glasses, and only a very small amount of dish soap. These are basic necessities that should be provided in a vacation rental, particularly for guests staying several days.The terrace also needs maintenance. The outdoor furniture is worn and falling apart, and several plants were dead. The television does not work. We understand this is disclosed in the listing, but why prominently feature a non-functional TV in the listing photos? After long days sightseeing with young children, this would have been a useful amenity.Overall, the apartment feels poorly equipped for stays longer than a few days. The issues are inexpensive and straightforward to address: provide adequate supplies and kitchenware, maintain the terrace, replace the outdoor furniture, and either repair or remove the TV from the photos.The apartment has potential, but based on our experience, we would not rate it 10/10 or recommend it for an extended stay.
