The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with new, high-end bedding for guaranteed comfort. Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso machine, utensils, pots and pans—everything you need to prepare your meals with ease.

• A living area: Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi. Practical storage space, iron and ironing board available.

• A dining area: this space can accommodate up to two people.

• A modern bathroom: shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo are also provided.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

Let us know in advance if you need a cot and high chair, and we'll happily accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in begins at 2:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable ONLINE by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
