This 70m2 apartment is on the first floor (no lift) of a beautiful old building typical of the center of Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people and has the ideal luxury and standing for a successful Parisian getaway.



Entirely renovated and designed by a renowned interior designer, the space offers modernity, luxury and conviviality, with very high ceilings, exposed beams and magnificent restored parquet flooring.



The open kitchen opens onto a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (Queen-size) and a dining area for 6 people.

The two bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, tailor-made dressing rooms and each has a connected television.

The two bathrooms, spacious and modern, perfectly combine luxury and functionality.



Please note that only the living room is air-conditioned. We provide you with a Dyson fan in each room.



At the cutting edge of technology, this apartment benefits from high-speed fiber optic wifi.



For maximum comfort, you will have hotel quality bedding, linens and towels, a washing machine / dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a a Nespresso coffee machine and hospitality products.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a fun neighborhood

We enjoyed the apartment for the true slice of life in a vibrant neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well appointed. The location is central and we used the metro, the bus lines, and uber to get around. It was very clean and well kept. Our interactions on check in and check out were easy, and the host was available if anything came up. A great find!

Beautiful! Exactly what we expected…maybe even better! The place was beautifully decorated beyond clean, well maintained. Management was extremely accommodating as we arrived rarlier and needed somewhere to leave our luggage. The instructions were very clear, and there were no confusion to find the apartment. I would not hesitate one minute to book this wonderful place again. Thanks! We really enjoyed our stay!!!!
