"Water heater upstairs , takes for ver to get warm … not clean enough "

"VRBO themselves did great trying to make this right, the owner of the property was not. House was unlocked when we arrive, safety concern. Home was not clean (trash on floor-including a pregnancy test between wall and vanity), had to wash dishes before we could use them, we had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, plastic silverware as there weren't enough to accommodate amount of guests permitted, half the games did not work, moldy coffee grounds left in coffee maker, light fixtures and doors falling off the walls, couldn't use hot tub (was not clean), one rooms light didn't even work, framing falling apart, and more.Accommodations at the home did not match what is "being offered" which is a huge misrepresentation. They did try to come and repair items however having strangers in the home while we are there with our children or having them there while we are out with all of our belongings was not an option. These should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. This was the worst experience and had we had other options we would not have stayed."

"House was adorable and perfect for our stay! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Couple of issues that were not deal breakers: we blew a circuit breaker when running the bathroom fan and the hairdryer (took a minute to find the panel to reset the breaker); and there wasn’t a pizza cutter in the kitchen (small thing…we found a knife and all was well!) Would definitely stay again! "

"Gloria is very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The home was absolutely perfect for our family. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, and roomy. The pictures don’t do the house or the property justice, everything looked better in person. We would definitely use this place again. "
