Overall, we had a great stay, and our family really enjoyed it. The beach view was excellent—absolutely no complaints there! A few areas could be improved: the unit could have been cleaner (we found some debris, an empty bottle under the bunk bed, and the carpet needed a deeper clean), so it may be worth revisiting your cleaning company’s quality checks. The living room curtain also has a tear, and a hair dryer was not available despite being listed as an amenity. Additionally, the garage code changed during our stay without prior notice, so we had to contact security for the updated code. These are minor issues, but addressing them would make the guest experience even better.

The condo was pretty and had a beautiful view! There were issues our entire stay with the water going in and out and was completely out for almost one full day of our stay. The air unit also doesn’t keep up (which we were told was due to the water issues). We had it set on 67 and it didn’t get below 70 once our entire stay, even at night. Typically it was around 73 and stopped blowing cool air altogether the day the water completely went out. We called the host and they had us flip the breaker to reset it and then it started cooling again. They also sent out a technician quickly, but he just glanced at the unit and then told us it wasn’t working due to the water being out. This resort does have 30 floors so it is EXTREMELY busy during the summer months and elevators take quite a whileOverall, it was a decent experience except for all the issues with the water and air conditioning.

I was appreciative we were allowed to check in 2 hours early, due it not being peak season and the POC was very responsive, I didn't feel the condo was clean. There was debris on the floor, markings on the walls, and the air return was extremely dirty. I was offered for cleaning to come to address these issues, however, it was a much anticipated well deserved vacation. I would prefer the condo to be thoroughly cleaned prior to entry. Versus having a cleaning crew come to the unit to address the items.
