Such a breathtaking view from the living room to wake up to and open the balcony doors to hear the ocean waves. Absolutely loved our stay and the kitchen had everything you need for either short term or long term stays. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had during our stay and check in instructions were very clear and easy. Provided us with both check-in instructions and check-out reminders which came in handy! We would definitely recommend this booking and Wal-Mart is just a short walk across the street for everything you need for groceries, sunscreen and alcohol. For those trying to avoid the busier crowded months, avoid the month of March as it is known to get quite busy on the beach and roads.

Could use upgrade, elevators are out be prepared to walk in funky stairs ! There was a water issue that I wasn't told about until day of arrival and I was traveling with my small kids . Overall worst vacation in forever !! Would not recommend.. poor communication skills and no accomodations for their mistakes !

The room had some damage to it, such as the bathroom towel hangers were falling out of the wall in both bathrooms and the sofa couch was slightly broken just enough that we couldn't use it. There were other cracks in the floor that were fine to walk over but should definitely be fixed. The elevators were a HUGE issue. I know it is not the owner's fault but should have some kind of warning about how there is not enough elevators and that they are busy ALL the time so plan on wasting 10-15 minutes at the elevators each time you want to use them. The elevators also need updated air conditioning or fans in them when 10-12 people are in them at a time, they can be hot and claustrophobic.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Communication was not good for me. I needed all of the check in information in one email not one from Vrbo and then another from 30seascapes and then one from another email address it was very confusing and I don’t think there should have been extra registration emails and charges by the resort for parking and arm bands. That should have been taken care of and included in the price of the room. The whole process was very frustrating and annoying.
