Limpio, precioso y la ubicación perfecta. La playa está a 1 minuto a pie de Walkover A. El parque infantil se encuentra a 30 segundos a pie del establecimiento y la piscina de propietarios más cercana está a 1 minuto a pie del establecimiento. Esta propiedad se encuentra en un codiciado jardín de propietarios y es perfecta para relajarse, hacer un picnic o dejar que los niños corran.

Estacionamiento en garaje:
Rosemary Beach es una pequeña ciudad pintoresca, pero no tiene una gran cantidad de estacionamiento. Carriage House viene con un lugar de estacionamiento en el garaje, así como un lugar de entrada (¡no se conoce en esta comunidad!). Tenga en cuenta que el estacionamiento es limitado en Rosemary Beach, ya sea en el lugar del garaje, en el camino de entrada o en la calle.

Lavandería:

Cocina:
La cocina es pintoresca, pero adecuada. Dos hornallas, tostadora y cafetera disponibles. Tenga en cuenta que las especias de cocina ilimitadas, aceites, servicios de café, jabón para lavar platos y bolsas de basura están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes. El refrigerador es un refrigerador de medio tamaño con máquina de hielo y el microondas funciona como microondas y horno (NUEVO Cuisinart CMW-200 1. Horno de microondas de convección de 2 pies cúbicos con parrilla - no es un horno tradicional).

Habitación King del segundo piso:
Siga las escaleras hasta el desván donde encontrará una cama king y un televisor montado para su estadía. Las escaleras se curvan hasta el segundo piso. Aunque no puede ver el área del dormitorio desde el primer piso, no hay puerta para el área de dormir.

Piscinas:
Rosemary Beach es el hogar de varias piscinas de propietarios / invitados. Las piscinas disponibles son Coquina, Barbados, Cabana y Sky pool. La piscina Coquina es la más cercana a la cochera y aproximadamente a un minuto a pie de la casa. Abaco on the Green tiene una piscina privada que está reservada para nuestro inquilino principal.

Perfect trip!

We couldn’t have loved the location more! Closest access to the beach had a ramp, which is perfect for beach wagons when going with littles! We are already looking forward to our next trip back! Check-in was easy and communication was great!

My daughter and I spent 4 nights here over spring break. She is 16 years old, and we needed a little getaway. Charming area, carriage house was amazingly clean and bright, had everything we needed plus. Great way to experience Rosemary Beach, a few blocks from the beach and pool. We spent our days at the beach, short walk into restaurants and shops, Bikes were available and we did not drive a car the entire stay. Host Rebecca is amazing, attentive and responds quickly to texts. Main thing for me was the cleanliness of the place, I was able to relax and enjoy every minute. We will be back for sure!!! (I might bring friends instead of teenage daughters next time ha)

Perfect getaway

Beachside Perfection

Rebecca is really a pro at this. The property was immaculately presented and over delivered on our expectations. The carriage house was a perfect kid-free escape for my wife and I. Every time we needed something around the house, it always seemed to be in the first place we looked. Everything was in like new condition. The place itself is in a great location within Rosemary Beach - close to it all, yet in a spot with little/no foot traffic. Highly recommend!

Great for small families!

Perfect location in Rosemary Beach! Less than a minute walk to the beach access or one of the pools. This was our first visit to Rosemary and it couldn’t have gone better! Carriage house was perfect for our family of 3, my 16 year old thought the couch was comfortable and the king upstairs was too! So glad we rented this, and we are already trying to figure out when to go back next year!

Lovely property for my adult daughter and myself. Super short walk to the beach and morning coffee. Has everything you need and excellent communication from property manager. Was super quite but there were no guests in the main house during our short stay. Awesome to have access to bikes on site.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cute and quaint Rosemary beach carriage house. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. The house was extremely well stocked and had everything that we needed. Excellent location to beach, pool, shops, and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again.

The description of the property was 100% accurate. Rebecca communicated all details in a timely manner and worked with us to extend our stay. There was never a need to get in the car. Publix was 1.5 miles away along with a variety boutique shopping & restaurant’s, within walking distance. The beach access, as well as pool access, was very close to the home ( 1 min walk). The carriage house was very quiet and private. I will certainly plan future stays @ 32 Abaco Lane.

Nice & quiet

Great spot in Rosemary where it’s nice & quiet. Sleeping area in loft is tight. Going down and up stairs to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night may not be a good idea if you are of a certain age.

Quick getaway vacation

On the spur of the moment I needed a quick getaway vacation. I found this property online. The photos and descriptions I saw online represent the property exactly. I loved the carriage house in which I stayed. It was beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent; it could not have been better! I would highly recommend this property for a vacation!

Amazing Carriage House and Home!!

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay in both the Carriage and Main House. Both were well appointed with gorgeous furniture, comfortable beds and great sheets. Perfect Stay

The carriage house was amazing, Rebecca was very easy to contact and responded immediately. No issues at all just general neighborhood questions. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close walk or bike ride, (provided) to the beach. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We enjoyed evening strolls through the beautiful neighborhood. It was a great vacation stay.
