The house was a hit and we loved our nightly ping pong games, we will book here again in the future.

The home is lovely and has plenty of room. We loved the upper level patio area with ping pong table. The close proximity to the pool was great and we appreciated the 4 bikes. The negative is that the private beach is very small and crowded even in off season. I would suggest going to a public beach.

Anything you could want was just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house was clean and well maintained. Living room and kitchen area had plenty of seating for our group and all the decks and balcony's were enjoyed by all!

Wonderful family getaway

The house is in great condition, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stock, location in complex is great (short walk to the pool but low foot traffic in front of our patio). Loved the location close to Rosemary Beach shopping & restaurants as well as the Seacrest Beach. We had a small issue with bike locks not working well but everything else was wonderful. Would rent here again!

Pool has a small cafe with great food! Beach was 12 minute walk. The house was gorgeous, clean even to my picky standards, and had so many extras! A trip of a lifetime!

We chose this property for its easy access to the pool and for the green space right outside the back door. I'm unsure how I missed the description stating that we would't have that access and that we were surrounded by construction. It made me really regret booking this home given that was the main attraction. Needless to say, the home was reasonably clean, however we did have cockroaches which prevented my children from sleeping in the bunks, as they spotted them mainly on the third level unfortunately.. (and in the kitchen). Maybe cockroaches is a FL thing... but I have stayed in this exact area MANY times and haven't ever experienced having them in the house.It seemed clean otherwise, and a decent home. I just know there are much "better" properties in the area that also include things like a beach wagon, umbrella, etc.

It backs up to the pool, and is easy walking distance to the beach as well as many shops and restaurants. The management company was great to work with and the property was just as described in the listing and pictures. Plenty of towels, including large pool towels, and comfy beds! We stayed a few doors down on a previous trip and identified this house as our top choice when we returned. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

There are a lot of stairs and be careful of the bottom step ( looks the same as the floor). We did have one person fall and resulted in an injury). We reported the injury to Royal Destinations and never got a phone call back from them. The house was beautifully furnished and we would definitely stay there again!

It had plenty of space for our family of 6 and we absolutely loved the location! Right off the pool and a huge green space for lizard hunting and sports. The home was very comfortable with bedding and pillows, everyone slept great. Although it could have been all the fun in the sun we had each day that had everyone sleeping :) The home is in a great location between Rosemary and Alys and an easy tram ride (or walk without all the kids) to beautiful Seacrest Beach. The management company was also great to work with and very responsive with any questions we had.
