I truly don’t write reviews but I have to be honest. We have been going to Origins in PCB for nearly 10 years and this experience was the worst. Just being honest. Directly speaking, the communication is ASS! They want to charge you for extra towels (they only give you two) so bring extra towels from home if you choose to go with this unit. We wanted late check out, basically was ignored then responded three hours later like “oops I meant to respond earlier.” The AC isn’t that cold but you’ll be cool decently, I guess. Also it is on the BACK SIDE of Origins thus you won’t get that wonderful ocean breeze here. Lastly, be careful with the outside chair on the right side on the balcony, it has a weak/broken leg and if you pull off the wall, you’ll fall. You could sue if seriously injured but ehhhh just find another unit would be best. It’s not worth the fuss. Fin.
