With enough space for one or two families combined, with room to spread out indoors and out! You'll simply not want to leave the pool area, with plenty of seating and lush landscaping we are sure it'll be a hit for both the adults and the kids. We really enjoyed the location right across from beach access. The remodeling of the older home is very nice and the pool and deck area are great. Recommendations: The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful but it will get stuffy at night if the doors are opened too much before going to bed. There needs to be more knobs on sliding doors and the kitchen needs more cookware and utensils. We also weren't able to download youtube tv app in main living area because a code was required. We asked for code but never received it. Would definitely stay again assuming rates stay competitive. We love Laguna Beach area.

Excellent Location, great beach, Wonderful House. House was very comfortable, very clean, very quiet, pool was perfect. We would definitely recommend this house, host kept in contact before check in, and since house needed nothing, we never had to contact them our whole vacation. Stay at this house, a breeze to walk to the relaxing beach, and relax at night.

This is a very nice house. Everything looks like the pictures posted. There were only 4 of us so there was plenty of room. Rooms were all decent size. The master bedroom and bath was amazing. My granddaughter moved her shower stuff to ours after she tried it the first time! Lol!Beach access is literally out the front door and across the street. Very easy to walk back and forth several times a day or at night. Far enough from town so it's not busy.Kitchen is a usable kitchen. If you plan on cooking and want a decent frying pan/skillet bring your own. The pool and back yard area is really nice. We had lunch by the pool a couple of days and enjoyed the shade over the tables. The things that makes me say it could be better considering the price I paid-Cleanliness- The living room sectional is nasty and broken down in a couple of spots. Like you sink down to the bottom. We put a sheet down on both sides to sit on because it was yuk.Kitchen- Frying pans were disgusting and scratched bad. Some silverware and glasses had crud on them. Cabinets knobs off. Needs rugs in the front door and master to wipe feet off when you come in. Sliding door track needs work. Very hard to open. Bunk bed ladder is falling off both bedsWasher and dryer rustedand washer stinks bad. Host was basically non existent. Never even answered couple of questions or inquired if all ok during TS Bertha.Prob find somewhere different next time.
