Clean condo and incredible views!

The condo was very clean and had basic items like soap and garbage bags to help us get comfortable and avoid going to the store immediately. The views are incredible and Tim was very accommodating and responsive. The resort is also very clean and staff are friendly. The elevators are also extremely fast and parking lot accessible. One negative was out of Tim’s control but worth mentioning is the spring break crowd. Our first day was unexpected as the beach was crowded with young people attracting a large police presence. We felt unsafe for a few hours as we overlooked from the balcony. Again, this is out of the condo’s control but felt it was worth mentioning. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice relaxing beach vacation with amazing views and a great host!

Magnificent view!

Loved having a view of the ocean from any place in the condo…We enjoyed the sound of the waves and gazing at the beautiful Gulf of America , whether on the deck or on the beach. Comfortable furniture and bed. Great location and close to places we wanted to visit. Would recommend this place.

Everything was very nice however not stocked with essentials as other vrbo rentals, drink splatters on lower wall in dinning area and no light on kitchen hood vent base boards could be cleaner, but all in all a very nice time.

Amazing Property

Our stay was perfect! The views were amazing as advertised and it’s a great location! Close to everything from restaurants to shopping, entertainment. We had it all within reach! The condo was well kept and had most things that we needed. If I have one suggestion it would be a few more staple items. For instance…spices like (more) salt and pepper, Lawry’s, maybe oil spray, Thanks to Tim for An amazing property.

This condo was exactly as pictured. It was the perfect size for 2 people. Having a sliding glass doors in the living and the bedroom made for a great breeze blowing through and hearing the waves at night was so relaxing. Highly recommended!

A Breath of Fresh Air

The beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset!!!

We spent a wonderful week (despite the hurricane which just missed us to the east) in Tim’s wonderful condo located right on the beach! The condo is very clean and comfortable and well equipped with many items you would need for the perfect getaway! The panoramic view up and down the beach from not just the balcony but the numerous windows, allows you to enjoy both the gorgeous sunrise and sunset over the crystal clear ocean water and soft white sand beach!! It is also conveniently located just a short drive from many great restaurants, Walmart, shops and entertainment. The building and common areas are very well kept and the elevators are fast! Tim is a wonderful host and very easy to get ahold of for anything you might need. He checked in on us numerous times and stayed in contact with us throughout the span of unfortunate storm and hurricane and made sure not just his condo wasn’t being affected but that we were good! We will most definitely love to stay in his beautiful condo again in the future!! Thank you Tim!!!

This condo was amazing, gated entry, right next to a beach restaurant and had 3 pools .. the views in our condo were amazing! Everything is so close together so it’s easy to do a lot while there! I suggest the dolphin boat tours … super fun for the kids and an amazing experience seeing the dolphins so close! Tim was a great host!

We enjoyed the beautiful Gulf view and amazing sunsets! The location was great. The elevators were very fast. The listing was very accurate. The only cons for us were the bed was too soft for our liking and we would have liked a small table on the balcony for our drinks and chairs that were more comfortable.

Stay was great, the easy access of the push button lock on the door made it easy that way you never needed to worry about a key at the beach or any other time we left. Bed were supper comfy so much so my wife wants a new bed after we got home. Even the fold away bed was great. View and closeness to anything was 10 out of 10 and had everything you needed. I would highly recommend.

Extremely happy with this condo. Very clean snd perfect size. Location was excellent and the elevators were super fast, which is unusual in PCB. My favorite part was the balcony view. It has spectacular beach and sunset views. Tim the host was also amazing. He was super easy to contact and extremely helpful. Would definitely rebook.
