Upon arrival, we did not have any climate control. Once they came to fix the climate control (It took over 24 hours due to being outside of normal business hours), they blew all electricity in the unit. At this point we were without complete electricity for about an hour or two, but they finally figured out where the main breaker was and how to fix it. Unfortunately, they also blew the hot water heater, but it was not detected right away (It was not discovered going to take showers that evening…. of course we were once again outside of business hours). We went additional day without hot water. At this point, We were quite frustrated. Once that repair was completed, they said everything was good, but it was not. We determined the garbage disposal did not work. We were done messing with it and went the entire week without a garbage disposal. With that being said, the rental company was less than a responsive. We called and left a messages and sent emails, we had no response (We waited for hours). Finally we called repetitively for over an hour, and we eventually had someone answer the phone. She was quite snarky, but in full transparency, I was not the most cordial at this point. The unit itself was clean. The amenities were good. The location was outstanding. The rental company is MUCH LESS than desirable.
