Panama City Beach's newest and most luxurious beachfront condominium. Sterling Breeze is the perfect family vacation destination. This 15th floor unit has the Living Room and Master Bedroom opening up to your own private balcony with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit includes nine foot ceilings, Granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances with breakfast bar, dining room, living room, terrace with electric grill, Flat ScreenTV’s throughout, WIFI is in the unit as well as Cat-5 connections in the kitchen and bedrooms.

The Sterling Breeze property offers a 2000 square foot heated tropical pool and whirlpool spa, state of the art fitness center, fire pit, umbrella and beach chairs service (extra charge), secure covered parking, poolside internet and wine bar, beachside services, wave runners, parasailing, etc. Right on the beach.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the Gulf of Mexico and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless appliances. It’s fully stocked with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal or prepare burgers for the grill.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four at the table with four more at the breakfast bar. It offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade the favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment console contains a Smart TV that is equipped with basic local cable television as well as a DVD player and stereo system.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath. The room opens up to your private balcony and is beautifully and professionally decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. The oversized dresser includes a Smart TV.

The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath. The room has a sweeping view of Lullwater Lake, West Bay and Pier Park. The oversized dresser includes a Smart TV.

The BUNK BEDROOM is a kid friendly suite with a set of bunks. There is a dresser for the kid’s clothes and a Smart TV. This bunk BEDROOM is a separate room with a door...not in a hallway!

The unit includes a NEW Washer and Dryer which is conveniently located off the kitchen. There is also an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Age Requirements - Must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Valid IDs are required at check-in.

Sterling Breeze is also located near Frank Brown Park where many youth athletic tournaments are scheduled throughout the year. Simply go through Pier Park and cross Back Beach Road.

Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PETS are allowed!
Additional 13% Florida State/TDC/PCB Tax, and $190 Cleaning Fee.
There is an additional Resort fee of $50 per car with a maximum of 2 cars that the Sterling Breeze Concierge System will collect at your arrival.

Choose this one, it was amazing!

We looked at a ton of condos that all looked very similar, this was a step above the rest for a few reasons. One of the best things was location, there are no large condos just to the east of it so the beach does not get over-crowded like it does to the west. The unit was immaculately clean, we've visited a number of beach condos and never had a location as spotless at this was. There were a ton of nice little extras, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels. We didn't use it but having the option of a grill on the balcony was awesome and having the view from that huge balcony made me not want to leave. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very generous with us. Choose this one!!

We have always booked hotels do this was our first condo and this is the way to go! It was very clean and had plenty enough space. We left a cooler and some beach items we couldn't take on the plane. It would be nice if they had beach chairs.

Go ahead and book it!

I won't make this a long review because it is exactly as advertised. Everything was clean well decorated. The balcony is huge with an actual dining table to enjoy your morning coffee and plenty of room for your whole family. One of the things that made me choose this property was the fact that everybody could be outside at once instead of having a tiny railed box that only a couple of people could enjoy. I've never stayed in a condo with a balcony that big! It was a perfect place to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. Check in was a breeze. The front desk people were as nice as they could be. The owner always as nice as he could be and answered anytime I had a question. We will definitely rent from him again. Thanks for the great time.

Best vacation

Unit was very clean ( I am very picky ) and host was amazing with responding back to all my questions. View is spectacular loved everything. Parking is a journey but we’ll worth the beauty of the unit and view.

Room description not accurate

The room was a decent size but the description listed on VROB stated that the oceanfront master bedroom with a balcony had a king size bed but it only had a full size bed and the 2nd master bedroom that was right inside the door had a king bed. The bunk room was very small but served enough space to sleep in. The room wasn't very clean upon arrival, I swept 2 dust pans full of sand before we ever made it to the beach. Overall it was a good place, the kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed. Jeff was easy to reach when we lost power, he immediately contacted the front desk and power company. Other reviews said they had a problem with the elevators being slow but we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for 1. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature to relax in.

Family Getaway

The property is just as described. The property manager Jeff was very responsive. We had an issue on moving in, the thermostat was broken and stuck on heat. We gave Jeff a call and he came right over. He was unable to fix but told us he would try to get someone out and he did. They came out that night and replaced the thermostat. Good thing because temp had reached 89 degrees. After that, things went smoothly. The view was beautiful and the condo has everything you need for a great stay and it's convenient to everything. The move in took a minute waiting on the elevators but after check-in the elevators weren't a problem.

Great location and condo

The unit was lovely as pictured. Both elevators were working during our stay so that wasn’t an issue like we had read in other reviews. It’s walkable to many fast food options which is awesome. For those flying in it might be important to know the unit doesn’t have beach items available (ie beach chairs, cooler, beach toys ex). It was very clean when we arrived and you can’t beat the balcony view!

Enjoyed the stay of the condo. The condo was nice with a beautiful view. The only complaint if any would be regarding the building elevators being a bit slow and smelly from the sour carpet. Other than that it was a great stay!

Perfect spot perfect condo

At first sight of Sterling Breeze the building itself reminded me of a cruise ship, which I thought was so neat! The parking deck with the walk over was great. Staff that we met while there was so friendly and helpful. The condo had a perfect layout with two master suites and a room with bunk beds. Super clean, great design and huge balcony. Walking distance to Pier Park was great. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay. Michele

Perfect on the beach

The property was clean very well-maintained. The elevators worked quickly and flawlessly and to were clean. The pool and boardwalk down to the beach were well-maintained adequately illuminated for night access clean as well. Definitely pleased with the property we will be back

Elevator hell

The unit was nice, we loved it. The elevator traffic was horrible! There were times that we would have to wait 30 mins to get on the elevator. We actually walked the stair a few times because of this (and let me be the first to tell you walking to the 15th floor IS HORRIBLE!) over all it was nice just the elevator made the property horrible.
