We have been coming here for 10 years, but unfortunately, this property seems to care less and less about their customers. Customer service is not what it used to be. I had to call 6 times to receive a simple room service breakfast order. The management does not seem to invest any money into their property anymore. It does not look like a 4* hotel anymore, more like a 2*... the piping is very old and reeks in the bathroom (sink, shower), the shower only had hot water, burned us, was impossible to turn the temperature down. The carpet in the hallways looks very old and worn, has lots of stains. We use dto really like this hotel, but the standard it used to provide is just not there anymore and many employees are rude, unhelpful, Alyssa at the front desk hang up on me twice and put me on hold 4 times for very long times when I called about the problem with our room service breakfast order, she did not seem to care at all. It seems to be impossible to call room service directly (there used to be buttons on the phone, but they don't work anymore), which means you have to call the reception first and ask them to transfer you, but the reception is always too busy (or understaffed?) and doesn't pick up the phone or Alyssa picks it up and places you on hold immediately without even asking what you would like, when all you need is to be transferred to room service and then she places you on hold for 5 minutes or longer.
