My wife and I recently visited Lucille Palm Springs for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. Alfredo and Ross were extremely nice and accommodating. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the room was comfortable, and the two private patios were perfect to be able to sit outside, while also having some privacy. We already can’t wait to come back next time!

Staff and amenities could be improved. Upon arrival on a Saturday night it was raining and there was no staff member to help me find the room nor to help with my luggage. When I called the number to reach a front desk person they never called me back nor texted as I also couldn’t find the ice machine. Amenities were lacking, no shower caps.
