Located in Phase 4 of the Mesquite Country Club in South Palm Springs, this popular location boasts amazing views, meticulously manicured grounds, pools, spas, and golf- only minutes from downtown Palm Springs.
From one of two vistas, you can enjoy outdoor grilling and dining with spectacular mountain and greenbelt views.
Inside, this unit offers 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and a fully stocked, updated kitchen with new appliances. The Living Room offers a flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, private patio access, and elegantly remodeled en suite bath. The Guest Bedroom has a plush queen bed.
The very popular Mesquite Country Club offers golf, tennis, racquetball and all the amenities you'd expect, while situated in the wind-free south end of Palm Springs and just minutes from shopping and restaurants.
