A sprawling, Spanish-style home with TerraCotta roofs and a guest casita, The Lucy House lies in the heart of downtown Palm Springs.

Surrounded by a wrought-iron gate and 12-foot ficus tree wall, the 5-bedroom home sits on manicured grounds lined with soaring palm trees. Luxuriate by the 35-foot pool on one of eight chaise lounge chairs, enjoy a cocktail by the fire pit, or take in mountain views from the above-ground spa.

The resort-style primary suite boasts soaring ceilings and an en-suite bathroom with a large, custom-tiled shower with rain showerhead and bench, and a stand-alone soaking bathtub.

Great location for family vacation- walkable to coffee, restaurants, town. Unique layout of home- one primary suite, plus two Jack n Jill sets of 2br/bath. No interior hallways though, so tough to hang out after putting kids to bed at night. No window screens- got a few mosquito bites. Well equipped kitchen and lovely pool area. Hospital wasn’t as noisy as expected.

Great Property

Lovely house, well laid out with rooms having their own private entrances. A bit of noise from the air ambulance to the hospital nearby, but made up for by the great location and easy access to all parts of the city.

Perfect house for our family

We loved everything about this house and it was perfect for our group of 9 this Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and spent a lot of time lounging by the pool and dining Al fresco. We also loved keeping all of the doors open to bring the outdoors inside most of the day. We had plenty of room to spread out between our 3 families, including 3 children of various ages. The property manager was very responsive to all requests and we had no issues. We highly recommend this property.

Nice getaway during Coachella

The house and the location were amazing! It was perfect for our group of 10. Walking distance from downtown and minutes from our fave coffee spot, Ernest Coffee. We stayed there during Coachella. It's was a 7 min walk to the nearest shuttle stop and was super easy and convenient. Although it was 45 min from Indio, it felt like a nice getaway before and after the festival. I would highly recommend and can't wait to stay here again!

Twins 50th Bday

Perfect stay for a group of 9 women with large outdoor and indoor table for big meals. Wonderful kitchen for preparation of meals. Everything you need is there. The pool and hot tub were warm/hot respectively and plenty of hang out furniture poolside and chairs to gather around the fire pit into the evening. Comfortable and clean rooms. Truly the best place for this celebration. The history of the home makes it even more special. Book it; you cannot not love it!

Beautiful relaxing property!

Was a beautiful weekend with 8 friends. Lots of cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Layout of house allowed for great privacy. Pool was cared for amidst being soiled due to wind storms. Random encounter with contractor/ gardener walking into backyard in the middle of our stay but quick response from property manager acknowledging legitimacy. No major issues. Lovely stay. Water and pressure in middle Jack/Jill bathroom is very low. Would come back!

Fantastic Stay
