"We recently stayed at this resort and had a great overall experience with a few notable highlights. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The pool area was a big hit, especially for families—our kids absolutely loved the pool slide and the lazy river. It’s a great setup for keeping children entertained while still being relaxing for adults. Another feature we really enjoyed was the spacious front lawn. It provided a perfect spot for playing, relaxing, and spending time outdoors as a family. It added a nice, open feel to the resort and gave the kids even more room to run around. That said, the biggest downside of our stay was the checkout process. We were charged for drinks we did not order, and the itemized bill was not clear. The staff did not know what the items were either. Thankfully, we took the time to review it and ask questions, which led to the issue being sent to accounting for review. Without carefully checking, we might have paid for those extra charges. The resort could improve on the names of the itemized bill entry so a quick glance will ensure a smooth and easy check-out process. Overall, the resort offers a clean, family-friendly environment with great amenities, but I’d strongly recommend double-checking your bill at checkout to avoid any surprises."
