We had a bad ant problem in our room and the air didn't work. We called the front desk about it and someone came to fix the air but the ant problem was not addressed!

Great area, close to main highways abd riada yet far enough away I did not hear the traffic! Poor area was nice too. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable also. Liked having coffee , refridg, and microwave.

Friendly staff and always willing to help me out the room was very clean and modern. very nice decorated for the holidays friendly staff. the only thing I didn’t like was sheets needed to be changed because of something I spilled and it was not done,My stay here was good overall I will book another reservation soon.

Nice and affordable hotel

Pros: The manager was very kind and considerate. I missed my flight and could not make it in on the scheduled date but he refunded my money for one night.
Cons: I thought the breakfast was complimentary.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby but I was there for a wedding and used the hotel for mostly sleeping.
The hotel staff was very friendly and the manager was very accommodating. I felt like I was sleeping in my bed at home - it was so comfy!

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Alejandra greeted us with a smile, answered our numerous questions, and pointed out areas of interest in Palm Coast. The hotel is clean, quiet, and accommodating. The restaurant and staff are to be complimented for their excellent food and service. A special word about Linda, part of the cocktail/dinner staff...fabulous. We will be coming back, once we settle into our new home, just to see her!
