This resort is very nice with a very friendly staff. It would have been a perfect stay if Travelocity would have actually sent my reservation to the hotel. But instead I had to pay twice and had nothing but problems with little to hardly no communication out of Travelocity.

Pretty on the outside

Pros: Beautiful pool spaces. great restaurants nearby
Cons: Need to do structural and furniture redesign
Location: 10 minutes from the new West Palm Beach spring training ballpark for the Washington National and Houston Astros.
Beautiful setting but difficult rooms. We were in an ‘accessible’ room but not by request. It was a large space but not well thought out. The bed was so high i almost injured my back trying to get in. A wheelchair bound person could never get into it. It also had a dangerously sharp bedside table. The bathroom had good handrails but the toilet paper was positioned at least three feet away from the toilet. Ate one breakfast in the hotel and were charged a 20% gratuity for a buffet. The walls are either too thin or very poorly insulated. We were awakened at 0645 by 2 different alarms in nearby rooms. We had no plans to be up at that hour on vacation. The hotel did compensate us for this and some other issues, mold in the shower and a very loud refrigerators. Staff was nice but they it will be difficult to fix the structural and design issues.

Excellent facility

Pros: Clean and friendly staff.
Cons:
Helpful staff. Beautiful pool. Good food. The food is very expensive, but it's good and the portion size are generous. There was always someone available to assist if you needed anything. I'd recommend it--but only to folks with a large budget. Great place.

Nice place but overrated

The lobby restaurant is not great. For what you pay for there with a mandatory 18% gratuity you'd think the service and quality would be excellent. Service is slow and the order came out wrong.compared to surrounding hotels the place is better than the competition but for the money with the label resort and spa it should step it up a bit.

We call for service it took three hours for the tecniccian to come he look at it he say correct is not working but is a new unit I guess he tough he fixed it but he never did makeing long story short 3 night in that hotel 2 cold shower last they there we didn't shower. We showed when we arrived home

Beautiful resort

Beautiful resort. About 5-10 min from the beach. Me and my wife stayed the weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff(everyone from the valet to the front desk to the maids) did their job professionally but did not hesitate to smile and were very nice. First time staying there, will definitely be back soon.

Had everything I needed

Pros: Room was very comfortable. With the late kitchen and early breakfast, this helped me relax in the evening and yet get a good start for my morning.
Cons: The hotel sits away from the main road, so finding the hotel\spa at night can be a challenge. The property is spacious and signage is small or dark.
I choose hotels with restaurants because of my arrival times. Of course, I arrived late Thursday night. Two people on staff at the desk. Very helpful and they checked the restaurant times for me. Fortunately, the kitchen stayed open until 11:30 that night. After a long day, I was able to relax at the bar, enjoy a perfectly prepared burger and catch up on sports on TV. And there plenty of people at the bar enjoying the evening. Next morning, the was a coffee stand, with prepared foods. A strong latte and fruit for breakfast. Perfect for me. They did have a buffet breakfast, but I admit I had trouble finding it, so the coffee stand in the lobby was fine for me.

Great experience!

Pros: Late hour dining.
I arrived 2 hours later than expected. Thankfully (and not wholly unexpected), there was someone working the desk. I asked about restaurant hours because it was so late. She called the kitchen to confirm they would be open, serving until 11:30pm. From beginning to end, this resort delivered. Late dinner and the bar was still open late. I was able to relax after a long trip. Best of all, they had a separate coffee shop in the main lobby area. Exactly what I needed to start the day. They were doing some construction work outside, above the pool. But that didn't seem to be a problem for the patrons in the pool that morning. All in all. A great experience. Thanks!
