The fully fenced tropical yard offers privacy and seclusion, allowing you to unwind in your own personal oasis. The expansive covered patio features a Hot Tub, comfortable seating area and firepit table. Poolside there is a covered pergola with a BBQ area equipped with a dining table that seats 8, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals in the warm Florida weather.
Surrounding the pool, you'll find chaise loungers for soaking up the sun, umbrellas for shade and sun protection, all situated in the tropical garden with a golf putting green as a great bonus feature. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast, an afternoon siesta, or an evening BBQ, the outdoor area is designed to enhance your enjoyment and create lasting memories. Private pool which can be heated for $50 per day. Please note the pool can take 24 hrs to heat depending upon the weather. Note pool will be clean upon arrival and cleaned once a week. Extra cleaning is charged at $95.00 per visit.
Inside the house, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals with ease. The separate laundry room features a full-size LG washer and dryer, adding convenience to your stay.

Optional pool heating may be added at an additional fee of $50 per day. Please note heating is turned on day of arrival-pool heating will be set at 88 degrees. Colder outdoor temperatures can affect how quickly pool heats up. *No refunds given for cold weather affecting pool heating temperatures.

Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.
