That room was cancelled on the same day I booked it. Have yet to receive my refund. We tried calling no legitimate phone number for contact. But I'm sure y'all received the cancellation. Great customer service. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and as expected. Definitely do for remodel, which is happening. Shower needed major repair, and both sink and tub clogged up. Pool was closed.

Good value, polite and professional staff

Staff was nice, polite and accommodating. Very professional. Room was clean, no noticable noise other than road traffic. For a quick, inexpensive overnight stay in a convenient (to central Monroe, on rte74) location, it fit the bill.

There was no access to potable water. No alternatives offered for ice or water for breakfast. Front desk clerk Elia was not concerned for the safety of my family during our stay. She gave me contact info that was in accurate and refused to report the issues to management in my presences and turned several guests away with similar excuses. DO NOT STAY HERE
