Overall excellent hotel. The staff were great. Breakfast was just tight. With helpful attentive staff. We were in a front basement room. Our only issue…. at midnight people/staff were carrying trash etc up some external stairs. Talking and making a racket that woke us for 20+ minutes!

"We enjoyed our two nights at the Mitre House hotel. It was such a good location, really about an 8 minute walk from Paddington Station. Restaurants are close by, very walkable or connect with the Hop On Hop Off bus just three blocks away, staff were very helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, excellent servers. Coffee and hot tea were available at the small bar anytime. We enjoyed visiting with other guests in the “living room” area. One gentleman shared his musical talent with us by playing beautifully on the piano one evening. Great time!"
