Great location for family weekend break
Good location for access to the tube or a walk to Oxford st and Hyde park. Not in the congestion zone too. Breakfasts were good value but does get busy.

Fantastic family friendly hotel! Kids had a great time. Very good breakfast. Edgeware Station next door and Paddington walking distance which is great for Heathrow Express. Only issue for me was the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough on the lowest setting...resulting in sleeping with no duvet

I loved the hotel, really friendly staff, unfortunately we booked for a meal in tyburn kitchen, it took over half an hour for a glass of wine and an hour for our starters. They were very short staffed, the food was cold and very little options as paid for meal upfront so had the set menu only 3 options for starters, main and dessert, we left before dessert come, they didn’t charge us for the extras we had but wouldn’t go to the restaurant again, breakfast was lovely

Excellent location, right near Paddington Station and Edgware Road tube stop with lots of cafes moments away. Lovely staff and a very spacious, modern room (ours was one of the renovated ones). Huge lobby with a bar, cafe, restaurant etc. Very nice and helpful staff. Make sure to request non-down pillows if you're allergic - I didn't realise they were until the morning!

I had a horrible stay. I called the manager to change my room. Nothing done! The smell of mould. It was very dusty. The bathroom shower not working. I stayed 4 nights. The cleaning lady come in the room only once to make the bed and changed the towels. I called the reception to send someone to clean my room. Never showed up. Nobody cared! I want my full refund.
