"I love the staff. They are always smiling, respectful and kind.The hotel is really clean and quiet.Only complain is the system they use to get in, and turn the ligts on. Not everybody knows how to use the card key and it took us more than two times and a bedroom change to figure out, how to manage everything. Funny thing, it is so simple. You guys should just print the steps and post them in a place by the bathroom, night table or tv, or wherever, so the guest reads them and proceed.Other than that . I think the hotel is really nice and the food yummi.Congratulations Stephanie and the crew. You guys can torn tears into smiles."
