Clean- service

I arrived at the hotel at midnight and had to request a room change from a king to 2 double beds. The second room they gave me had an awful location. When opened the drapes, the only window was covered with a blue filthy plastic blocking the limited city view. At that time was kind of late to switch back again. Then, the following morning doing the check out, I requested my final bill and receipt and the front desk lady stated that she couldn’t provide me one since I have booked through a third party meaning, Travelocity, so I left without even knowing what my final bill was or with copy of my receipt. Not a pleasant experience.

Excellent

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortables bed. Really pleasant people with great attitude at front desk.. They were always with a smile on their faces making us feel welcomed. We were traveling from Miami and we had to go to another region for 2 days, they kept our extra luggage on a safe please and not extra cost for this service. I will recommend this place from now on. Thank you for a very good service.
