Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week, the host was very responsive, the house was very clean, and homey. We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a house on the beach.

Worst Experience

I strongly advise against renting this property. It was situated without an ocean view, providing only a sand view. The property owners exhibited excessive surveillance, and all doors lacked locks. Additionally, the bathrooms were in a state of disrepair. This property was among the worst I have ever experienced. Despite its capacity to accommodate ten guests, only eight were permitted to stay, and a deposit was not refunded.

Be aware before booking this place!

I strongly advise looking somewhere else.There are of tripping hazards. My wife and myself fell on the stairs. I stubbed my toe multiple times on the same stair.There is rusting hardware all over the house and spiders inside.No locks on many doors.The hot water heater is absolutely terrible for showering.The property managers spy on you question everything you do by calling, texting and even showing up at the property intruding on your privacy. The property managers are absolute Karens literally one of them has the name Karen.Plenty of places to stay on the beach, I would chose another if I were you.

Loved this home and location! The home was incredible spacious, well stocked and super beachy and adorable!! It was myself, my husband and 4 kids. 19 year old 16-year-old 14-year-old girl 10-year-old. All of my kids need their own beds. This house accommodated that wonderfully. Sand was right outside the steps of the back door. It was fantastic! Check in was super easy with a code on the door. They had sand toys and chairs and lots of towels. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and lots of space with a huge fridge and freezer. Washer and dryer were outside in the front in an enclosed space. Grill was outside the back door. Tons of seating all throughout the house and lots to look at! So many adorable intricate things all over made it feel very homey. Nice restaurants and grocery stores close by as well!
