Took away a couple stars for 2 reasons...we were unaware until check-in that the waterpark was only open on the weekends (we stayed on a Thursday night). This would have been nice to know when we were booking. 2nd complaint was that the booking stated it included 2 breakfast meals (buffet): however, that did not show up on the hotel's end. When we asked the front desk, they gave push-back even though I had proof on my end of the breakfasts being included. They did end up comping us the meal tickets, which was appreciated, but stated that it needed to be taken up with Expedia."

It was very fun for the kids. Clean rooms, pool area is smaller than expected. $20 for each additional wrist band, so if you’re planing a birthday party or get together, be aware. I’m surprised by to cost of the room. It’s was about the same price as another water park hotel by the big mall, and not as fun. On top of that breakfast isn’t free, but kids do get to eat free with an adult purchase.

I was able to book the room online for my son's birthday with my credit card but once I arrived I was told that they can not accept my card. And there was nothing else that they can do about it. I was able to pay with another card after I had to move funds over, however I was charged $50 more than what I was told will be the total price of the room
