They checked someone else in to my room that was reserved under my name and charged my card that was already on file from my reservation. I went to my assigned room who already had someone in it. Now I have 2 charges on card one is supposed to fall off but this is concerning that this happened in the 1st place. I reserved 2 king suites with a pull out bed in each room only to find one room with a queen bed & no pull out bed. When I confronted the front desk about it, they told me it was a king with a pull out bed but it clearly wasn’t because the other room was a king.

The guy that checked mw in was super nice and accomodated my request to be near the elevator. Breakfast did have choices and the quiche was very tasty. The toliets sit low and updating the AC units would be a nice upgrade. Only atayed one night and it was comfortable enough.
