The room was clean, need a better maintenance staff. Shoddy repairs, missing wall covers, visible concrete cracks and separation in bathroom, broken tiles, and ceiling discoloration. Pillows are trash.

The room had a running toilet, & was not very clean. The night crew support guy walked around with a blasting music device in a bag. He was helping with the running toilet but he kept the music playing. Why was he walking around late at night blasting music?

Beware of this hotel

This place was a dump. Coffee spilled all over the ac unit inside the room. No place to hang your clothes, not even a shelf in the bathroom to put towels. When the wife opened the blinds some kind of slime was dripping off them. We immediately checked back out abd are still fighting for a refund

Last minute reservations my room was horrible dust everywhere pictures videos to prove it no housekeeping at all you have to clean yourself sheets I had to go to front desk bring all the sheets had to make my own bed air condition cover broken door chipping paint I had no other choice but to stay in that dump pool was dirty lamps dust balls refrigerator mold coffee machine had to clean it intense it was discussed ask for another machine they said they don’t provide what is there is what I get this place should shut or department of health should pay a visit

We rented 2 rooms for one night and could not stay in either one the rooms were dirty the blankets were stained paint peeling wholes patched up one bathroom did not even have a shower head worst experience i have ever had

I couldn’t figure out why the reviews for this hotel were either absolutely horrible or really good. From the moment I checked in and saw the room, I knew why they got so many negative reviews. Firstly, I reserved a king room. After I got there, I was told they had no more kings; they gave us “the only room available” which was a double, on the parking lot side. The blinds over the windows are slotted, so they let the spotlights from the parking lot shine directly through. The floors were absolutely not mopped; we took one of their towels, a little bit of water, and “mopped” them ourselves, the towels turned black. The room they gave us had no clock, no phone, no garbage pail, mo ice bucket, and no toiletries. The very second day of our stay, our door decided to stop locking completely. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing about it though, and told me they would change our room. The only room available was on the 3rd floor, and when I told them I couldn’t do that many stairs, they gave us a double-bed pool side room on the 2nd floor. As we walked to the room, we passed literally 5 empty king rooms on the first floor. I’m sorry, is that not what I reserved? And you’re over here telling me I HAVE TO stay in a double on the 2nd floor? This 2nd room I can’t complain about. They do have an elevator, but I would hazard a guess that it hasn’t worked in about 10 years. Moral of the story: either don’t stay at all, or make sure you get a room poolside. The end.
