Hot tub was good, however, there was some kind of event off the lobby & they were blocking ability to return from pool/gym area. There was no clear path to elevators or lobby & they had no interest in allowing us to get by. For future, you may need to partion off a pathway for hotel guests not involved in event & trying to use facilities. Room was clean, front desk clerk was quick & professonal. There were no hotel carts for hours after arrival. People had them in the parking lot at their cars as well as in their rooms for hours.

Check in was easy. In the room, the shower head was loose, the toilet paper holder wasn't mounted very well and there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rail, makes me wonder about the cleansliness of the shower. The door to the room would also bang from time to time i couldn't tell what was causing it.

Disappointed

The bar wasn’t open during day on weekend which was disappointing . The drinks are expensive. A short glass was $16.05! That’s ridiculous. The bartenders have no personality, very uninterested. We asked to change TV to football and she just tossed us the remote. They seem to not want to be there. The room was wonderful, even though on highway it’s very quiet and comfortable.
