Be our guest in this wonderful 9 bedrooms and 6.5 full bathrooms (one with access to the pool), 4,363SF of living area and high-end furniture package featuring thematic rooms! The extended lanai is perfect for entertainment, with private pool and SPA (heating optional). The open concept kitchen and dining room offers a sophisticated colorful vibe which allows the whole family a feeling of comfort and togetherness. The huge dining table seats 8, and additional seating at the counter.



For those traveling with babies or young children, pack and play and high chair are provided.

The gated upscale Solara resort community has it all from an on-site restaurant and coffee bar to a zero-entry pool, pool bar, fitness center, basketball court, soccer field, volleyball court, gaming stations, sports simulator, yoga lawn, playground and splash park, waterslides, Flowrider, and more! The Flowrider is a unique surf simulator which is popular with teens and adults alike!



The Neighborhood:

The home has access to Solara Resort's incredible amenities with Disney World just a 25-minute drive away. Enjoy the upscale clubhouse and pool, with a range of children's parks, lazy river and water slides, and a state-of-the-art gym. Play sports on the courts and fields, and dine at delicious restaurants all within the resort. Unique to this resort, experience the incredible Solara Resort FlowRider, a surf simulator that is the delight of both adults and children.



Getting Around:

Rental car is highly recommended.



Other Things to Note:

1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.



2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.



3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.



4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. If you would like us to have all child gates installed, notify us when booking the home.



5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.



6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.



7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.



8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.



9.This will be a self-catering house.
