I've stayed many times and had a wonderful visits. The in room jacuzzi jets were not working this time. That has not been my usual experience. Keep in mind when you plan that although pets are allowed on property they cannot stay or be in rooms with an in room spa if you book a room with this feature.

Great location with outstanding views

Our stay at Siletz Bay Beachfront Hotel had some excellent features and a few not so good. Starting with the good: the location is excellent with easy access to the beach including access to the blue mobi-mat for access for my wife using her walker, Mo's Seafood restaurant is right next door in easy walking distance, the view from our balcony was amazing with views of the bay with seals sunning themselves or active in the water during high tide, the room itself was spacious with lots of places to store our things, the staff was very friendly and helpful. On the negative side: the continental breakfast was very sparse, the room furnishings were old and scarred, the bathroom was cramped and the shower head not that great, and the sound insulation was such that we could hear every step made in the room above us. Overall the good outweighs the bad and I would recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a good stay here. It’s on the river not a beach. Mo’s is next door and has great clam chowder. It’s a very dog friendly place to stay, I think 80% of people there brought dogs. It’s a nice little walk down to the sand. The breakfast was included and included waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit etc. typical hotel free breakfast, but it did save time.

Overall Hotel experience 7/10 Comfort of Beds 7/10 AC 0/10 NON EXISTENT Pillows 4/10 were flat and hard as boards Shower 4/10 basically no pressure Staff 10/10 super friendly and helpful View 10/10 Maid service 2/10 there wasn't any unless requested Condition of room 7/10 there was a hole in the sliding screen door, a spot on the main door that looked like someone had tried to use a pry bar to break in. I was in room 307. The left hand sink didn't really have cold water, one of the plug outlets had a short that sparked when you tried to plug into it. Another plug outlet had a short in the wiring in the wall above it that caused the ceiling fan to quit working. Probably would not stay here again.

Location was good. View & balcony was great. Room itself wasn’t anything special. The problem was the sinks had very hot forcible water. But the shower had no hot water.

I love that it was on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was ok for the room. It's an older hotel and could use an update. The couch in the room needs to be cleaned or recovered. There is no AC just a ceiling fan so it is necessary to open the window to cool the room. The continental breakfast is a bit sparse.

OYO OKAY!

The resevation process through Hotel.com is a nightmare! The only thing that can be changed is the name not the resevation itinerary! Room was okay. The counter people were excellent! The building needs some maintenance. There is quite a few issues. IE. Room outlets- toilet seat-patio door - outside building needs cleaning and painting. Overall it was a nice experience, and they are dog friendly.

The view from the room was great. The room itself was great comfy bed and spacious for 3 people. The staff was great. The parking was terrible!!! I wish they would mention that on the description. The lot is small and doesn't have enough spaces. Street parking is also difficult to find.

The new staff there are very nice and upbeat. Never was bothered and the stay there is very relaxing. There are no freezers in the room but there are refrigerators. The location is perfect for the little ones. I will definitely be making it back there again next year! Year 8 and counting! Don’t forget to find Ivan the “crab daddy” and buy a crab trap, he’s usually on the beach in front of Mo’s

Room description stated ocean view but it was a primarily dried up bay. TV batteries were dead, ceiling fan did not work, one sink only had hot water, patio was dirty, patio screen torn, and very limited breakfast items. Hotel parking lot was full. Dated and worn furniture.
