I think they have to have a 24-hour cleaning staff since I made my stay at 4:00 pm and they gave me the room completely dirty the bathroom they hadn't touched it the towels were dirty I talked to the resection staff I informed them of what was happening and they never sent anyone to clean and but I still had to ask them for the clean towels to More than twice and he never took them to the room we had to go down to look for them and cleaning ourselves was a very bad experience

While the main things were clean and well-run it is obvious that the property needs a thorough upgrade/cleaning...hallway carpets wrinked and dirty, common area seating should be replaced or steam cleaned, toilet in bathroom outdated ..very low to floor.

The first room I checked into on the "terrace" level (ie basement) was really damp, with mold growing in the shower and a horrible smell in the bathroom in general. To their credit, they quickly moved me to a new room on the first floor. No smell but still mold in the bathroom. Needs some attention.

Our room was on level T, for terrace. It was a basement. There was no terrace. We joked with other guests about level T. You had to go “down” on the elevator. 🙄 Staff were great, so we didn’t complain but, I think they should be more updront about their accommodations.
