Normally stay at comfort hotels. This one was horrible. Bathroom door - looked like some gave it a good kick. Ceiling corner next to window- hole in it. Bathtub disgusting-rusted looked like someone tried painting but badly. Will not sta at that location

The room wasn’t bad just a little old. Needs a little upkeep. Comfortable bed! The TV connection wasn’t working. I could only watch one channel. They came to fix it but it still didn’t work. Free Breakfast was great!!

In town for the basketball state finals. Lobby was nice, but when I went into the elevator I suddenly felt like I wasn’t coming out. Filthy, dated, in bad shape. Getting out of elevator there is plexus glass on a large wall, like it’s protecting it from falling more apart. Beds looked clean in room, bathroom door destroyed. Looked like and felt like a cheap closet door. It was scratched up and peeling. Found finger nail clippings in floor in bathroom. Rooms need major work. Bathtub was chipping…Cable and internet were good. Price was right in the area, but only because the nice hotels were really high. This should have been a $65 a night room instead of $115

Room was much better than 2 years ago. clean, roomy, up to date products in the bathroom, nice to have an extra chair to share at table with 2 laptop computers. Food good for breakfast with ample choices. Thanks Didn't like: gap at edge of curtain to the outdoors..you couldn't wrap privacy curtain around to block eyes from peering inside from sidewalk.

Ok overall, not updated.

The front foyer was really welcoming. The staff, not so much. The pool was closed when I asked the concierge. Funny thing is the pictures showed it as an indoor (not outdoor at the desk staff said) so it should have been open. Peeling / or repaired ceilings in the bedroom itself and the bedroom (but not painted, the job wasn't finished) . Rust / funny patching on the inside of the tub around the area where the fill/release part of the tub is. Light switches were funky/wonky. The bed was clean and really comfortable and the floor was quiet while we slept. Breakfast looked good and was ready when we left at around 6am which was nice. It wasn't a super welcoming visit and those cosmetic things let the place down but overall ok, worked for us for one night and close to the highway. Not sure I'd go back though.

Danielle was awesome!! We had a tiny issue checking in as we booked through Expedia and Danielle was exceptional in helping me work through it and deal with Expedia. The breakfast was decent enough. The coffee in the room is gross. I didn’t like that here is no vent/fan in the bathroom. I will stay again the next time I’m in town.
