The TV would not work with the remote control and could not find the channels because the remote would not select anything. The bathroom door would not close and it would screech when it was opened to go in. The cabinet of the microwave would not stayed closed and the curtains would not close and having the streetlights shine in all night Very frustrating stay. Never again.

Breakfast was very minimal. The lady working in the kitchen was very friendly and helpful. Laundry was clean. Our room was not cleaned on the day we did not have a sign on the door. Just fresh linen was delivered. We took out our trash. We stayed 5 nights linens not changed once again there was one day we did not use the do not disturb sign. Room was also very dusty. Gym hours were limited not mentioned in information at time of booking.

The door to my room was left open by housekeeping staff (propped by a towel) and left open all day until I returned to my room in the evening. I complained, and was told this had never happened before, and I was given a partial refund.
