I'm so sorry that you weren't given the room that you felt you reserved. We try to honor all booked room types and I'm terribly sorry if yours was not what you booked. I also apologize that the hot food was depleted at 9:30 when you came out for breakfast. We do our best to keep it stocked until the end of breakfast hours at 10am, but when there are unexpected rushes of people at once we can run out before more is ready. I sincerely apologize that it was not ready when you came down. Thank you for letting us know about your experience so that we can continue to improve our services for the next guest.

Hair on the sink and in the shower. Breakfast was good. Room was good, But the heating wasn't working. It was on ,but it could not be adjusted. Room was too cold for me.

Disappointed with this hotel and location.

This property is isolated between a 6 lane highway and a huge supermarket. No walking access to restaurants or drinks. You need 2 queen size beds because the mattresses sag with 2 bodies (135# and 165#s). Also the sheets are stiff and sound like paper grocery bags. Furthermore it was very noisy from dusk to dawn because of the big gaps around the door you hear everything in the hallway and the refrigeration equipment near our window. This was the second room for us because the first had a loud droning sound heard upon opening the door. The Bathroom vent didn't work as the towels were always damp and the mirror fogged immediately at the use of shower and didnt clear up for 15 minutes. We were in town for a wedding needed the mirror! The breakfast bar provided enough choices but again just average. We didn't use the pool, or exercise equipment. The place was clean. Tractor trailer and people towing parked across many parking places so there was limited availability at night. There was preferred Hilton customer spaces available but we parked off site for fear of towing. No I don't recommend this hotel. There are many other hotels in the area to choose from. I can only hope that the rates are less expensive than what we paid for, for our 2 bad nights of sleep.
