Nice Stay

Very clean property and room. Gentleman at the desk was very nice. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from for kids. Pool was nice and warm! Rooms are very quiet and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed in this property. I booked two queens and arrived to only a king available. According to the front desk staff, Expedia sent the reservation in as a king and they were unable to move us. The room was not very clean…dust on the lamps and furniture and crumbs on the floor. The bathroom was not very clean. The tub appeared very old with black marks and rust stains. Our bed was quite hard and we spent the night tossing and turning. I have stayed in multiple Hampton Inns and this was about the worse one so far.

Staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was meh, eggs had peppers in it so my kids wouldn’t eat it, waffle batter came out toward the end. There was an issue with the fire system that woke us briefly and flooded the lobby but the staff had it mainly taken care of by check out.

Another great stay at the Hampton Inn Binghamton

Good stay as usual when we come up to visit family. The shower was excellent - hot but not scalding, good pressure, and the shower head was placed very high, which my tall family members appreciated. Bed was fine, a little squeaky but not soft. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent for a hotel breakfast - hot oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, chicken sausage, and 2 types of waffle batter for those so inclined.

Great family stay

Had a great stay! Brakfast was good and pool was warm, which was great for a winter day. Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Only wished the bed was thicker, it felt a little old and flimsy.
