However, top-heavy TV credenza, not attached to wall, is wobbly, open the drawers & it will fall over; Shower will set off fire alarm; Parking is tight; No hangers; Closet door is off the rails; No towel rack for hand towels; TV is not available w/o a Netflix subscription; No condinments like salt & pepper etc
