"They’ve cleaned up the property quite a bit. The elevators are slow a couple been out of order for a long time they should fix that. My room was fabulous with the balcony but just too many cruise ship passengers. They need to figure out a way to check in regular people instead of having to wait behind 50 very old people. The lobby is just too crowded. They need to do a pre-check-in or something. Other than that, it’s OK if you don’t mind waiting in long lines."
