"The staff was great, and the rooms are very clean."

"I have to admit that at 1st I was not impressed. The hotel, itself, could use freshening up. And I really, REALLY hate the music they pipe in outside and the lobby. It's HORRIBLE. Having said that, the staff was fantastic! Joe, the bartender kept me happy several nights in a row. Damen at the help desk was very nice and accommodating. The young people behind the front desk were so friendly and helpful and Eugene, the security guard watched over me when I went outside. The location was so great. Walking distance to everything US history and so many restaurant that you wish you could eat more. I really enjoyed my stay."

"I come to Philly once a month for work and my normal hotel was sold out, so I took a chance on this hotel. Let me tell you. I’m so mad that I’m just finding it since it my last visit for the year. I absolutely loved this hotel. It is absolutely adorable, the staff is amazing and THAT BED! It was so comfortable. The room was a nice size and the robe was so comfy. My only complaint is I had one very small window looking directly into the boarded up building across the street. "
