The mattress on the bed was terrible. I don’t know if there was something wrong with it or it was just worn out. It seemed to have a lean to it and the mattress felt worn out. Other than that the stay wasn’t too bad. Not sure what was going on with the gym, it was pathetic.

The hotel and rooms were dirty and smelled bad. Walls were all patched up. Hardly any lighting in the bathroom. NO HOT WATER!

The room was cutely decorated, clean, and super cozy! Staff was helpful! And the hotel had a bike trail right behind it and restaurants nearby. Everyone was great! The only downside was my shower’s water wouldn’t get too warm. :/ Otherwise, this was a great place to stay!

The hotel gave us the wrong room & refused to correct their error, giving us a small bed even thought we booked a king bed. The carpet on the 3rd floor was tattered & torn in the hallway. Our shower had mold in the corners & along the sides. The paint was scraped on the walls. It’s obvious that they don’t maintain their property well. The staff was not receptive nor even attempted to correct their error. There’s no way I would recommend this facility.

Way beyond expectations.

Wow, just wow! From the first minute Shashi made my night. He was a pro with a gift! Got a nice suite then charged my car and slept well. Breakfast was beyond my experience! Truly fantastic selection and options so I ended up eating well and healthy at the same time. Only tough but was a smoke alarm in the bedroom that flashed a bright green light about every minute. Kept waking me up.

Demont at the front desk was extremely helpful and made our stay feel so welcome! He was able to accommodate all our needs and made sure we had everything we need! The breakfast wasn’t anything special, however Tony made sure we had what we wanted. Definitely went out of his a way to make sure our boys got something to eat! The hotel is kept very clean, our room was outstanding!

Great place for the price. 15 minutes from downtown. We only stayed for two nights but it’d be great for a longer stay since it has a full fridge, microwave, and its own separate sink.
