Great staff. All very welcoming and friendly. Hotel in good location, additional parking fee reasonable. Room was fine with two double beds …. Slightly tired with noisy heat/air con system, poor hairdryer that was hardly warm and duvets a bit thin but ok.

Vale Resort
Booked the vale and ended up at the Hensel Castle which I thought was an upgrade as the room size and standard was incredible. However all the facilities including spa, bar and restaurant were back at the Vale so they put on a mini bus. It’s not the end of the world but would have preferred more ...
