It was ok...

My room #401, smelled stink from the carpet. Had to keep the AC on high to cover up the smell. The bed was so worn down, i felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pillows felt.like they were filled with air. They would deflate into a flat pillow once you put your head on it. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This place was a disaster from start to finish. The room was dirty, the tub was cracked and peeling, and the toilet barely worked. The heat only works in the bedroom, so unless you turn it up to 90 degrees and wait hours, you’ll be freezing. The hotel was loud and chaotic — kids running wild in the halls and riding the elevators like it was an amusement park. On top of that, there’s no hot tub, which was a total letdown. This hotel needs serious maintenance and management attention. I wouldn’t stay here again, even if it was free.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a great area with restaurants and shopping near by. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Rooms clean spacious and new. Loved our trip there and would definitely stay again.

This hotel was fantastic to stay if you’re there for a game or a visit to the zoo. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The only downfall we had was the toilet was running when we entered the room, but we were able to fix it. We did mention to the front desk and they said they’d have someone come up to fix it right away, but we did ourselves. Furniture could use an update.

I've been to other Embassy suites, and as always the breakfast was great. Unfortunately, the pool was cold and I had to ask them to clean the tub and the bed sheet really didn't fit the bed. Staff was great. It may have been just been an off week for them.
