Rare find! Beautiful 3 bedroom. 3 bath condo in South Beach with a one of the largest balconies in OC overlooking the beach and boardwalk! Enjoy this stunning condo located in the desirable 7th Street location. South Beach offers luxury condos in a secure building featuring indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, secure parking and elevators. The condo features all of the comforts of home including a TV in the living area and in each bedroom, WIFI and a full kitchen. Bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a king in the second bedroom and pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 double and 2 singles) in bedroom three. Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer are provided in condo for your convenience. Indoor pool closes from January 2 to April 1. Outdoor pool is open till about 9/27.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.

Condo was exactly what 3 retired couples needed; 3 beds/3 baths. Unit was clean and location was great. The view from the balcony was perfect to watch the endless summer parade each morning. We were disappointed that the patio furnishings werent as soon in photos though. We cut our stay short due to the nor easter storm and moved what deck furniture we could back into the corners fir safety. We love the condo and will be back in the future! Thanks for making our stay fun!

Location was great. Quick access to the boardwalk and short walk to the beach. The weather was perfect - not a drop of rain. The large deck was perfect for all 6 of us to sit comfortably and "people watch". We also loved that the building is secure - you need a garage door opener to get in the parking garage and a key fob to get in the building and use the elevators.The 'kids' room needs some work - bedding was old and dingy, the closet doors were basically falling out of their track so we removed them for safety reasons. The trundle bed did not have a mattress - just a flimsy box spring - not suitable for sleeping. We didn't need it, but, worth mentioning.Pro tip: Bring your own blankets and pillows - what's provided is funky - not clean. Get the linen package for towels and sheets.

This is the first time staying at South Beach and I would definitely go back, My family and I stayed in South Beach 203 and it was amazing, pictures were exactly what the place looked like, the view was amazing, loved the balcony and was very spacious, highly recommend this place

Great condo, perfect location

Everything is as advertised. Clean, large condo right on the boardwalk within walking distance of everything. We spent a lot of time on the amazing, oversized balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Would absolutely rent here again!
