This unit comfortably sleeps 8 with a king bed in the private primary suite with private bedroom 2 full beds in the additional bedroom and a sleeper sofa for extra added comfort of your guests. The private balcony off of the main living area to relax and enjoy the view makes this one everything you need for your next beach vacation. Located on the 8th floor in the 9400 Building. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65.

Needs a good cleaning and some TLC
Very dusty, walls and vents dirty, wallpaper coming off. Property appears much nicer in photos. Needs a good deep clean and some TLC to fix wallpaper. We were very disappointed and won’t stay there again. TVs are smart tvs that can’t find or connect to internet. Also, parking space is cramped next to some poles. We had a large truck that didn’t fit.
9400 staff is exceptional though! They are helpful and accommodating. I would not rent this unit, but the 9400 is a great place!

Nice relaxing vacation
It was a nice place would most likely stay again. We were not happy that we had no use of dishwasher. Maintenance came and put sign on that started DO NOT USE fire hazard
