The Great Room is DEFINITELY the GREAT ROOM with its Breathtaking picturesque views inside and out. You will be So Delighted with this GORGEOUSLY decorated condo and all the upgrades which include custom automated blinds in the great room and owner suite, custom tile floors in the bedrooms, and a Lutron Lighting Control System. And, it doesn't stop there, the Luxurious Master Bedroom includes a soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and equipped with Smart Mirror TV's. Bed sizes include a King in the master bedroom, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a full size bed to occupy up to eight. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 days off season.
The Gateway Grand charges an $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
